These Terms govern your use of Greenside, operated by [Holding Company LLC] (“Greenside,” “we,” “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Greenside.

The service

Greenside is a tool for tracking lawn care — logging activities, calculating product rates, viewing weather, and organizing your lawn data. It’s currently provided free of charge. We may add paid features in the future; if we do, the paid terms will be presented before you buy anything.

Not professional advice

Greenside provides general information and calculations to help you plan lawn care. It is not professional agronomic, horticultural, veterinary, or safety advice. Product rates, timings, and safety notes are guidance only — always read and follow the product label, which is the legally binding instruction. You are responsible for how you apply any product. We are not liable for damage to lawns, plants, property, or harm to people, pets, or wildlife resulting from your use of the app.

Your account

You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep your account secure.
You’re responsible for activity under your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (and at least 13).

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Greenside — no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, no uploading content you don’t have the right to, and no interfering with other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data and photos you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that content back to you and operate the service. You can export or delete your content at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep Greenside running but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Because it’s free, we may modify the service at our discretion.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenside and [Holding Company LLC] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to [USD $100] or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
